The Texas International Education Consortium (白菜网所有网站) is a private non-profit organization that advances international partnerships, collaboration, and exchanges for 39 public universities across the state of Texas and operates the most experienced Intensive English Program in the state. 白菜网所有网站’s Texas Intensive English Program (TIEP) employs highly qualified Master and PhD level instructors and has taught more than 30,000 students from 131 countries since 1965.
